I Just Can’t Wait To Be King!

I’m not sure how many of you actually have payed attention to my completely childish fascination with Disney Movies but I’m obsessed with all the ones from my childhood, meaning they could be MUCH older than me or could be from just being a teen but Disney Rocks, and when a new movie comes out and it looks promising I’m watching it – and nope I don’t have a kid other than the one that lives in my heart!

The Battle Of Cunt Mom & Child v. Brandi & Brent

The Battle Of Cunt Mom & Child v. Brandi & Brent

Hi! I’ve missed you guys! Its been awhile since I’ve been able to move about without feeling like my neck muscles were going to paralyze me! I was on a mini vacation this week and thought I’d be blogging up a storm and well didn’t I went to sleep Thursday night and woke up Friday and couldn’t really move my head/neck without screaming profanities – I finally was well enough to go to Hershey Park on Sunday which was great except for the fight I got in with a 4 year old and his horrible mother! I rode Skyrush – after waiting like 2 hours at the beginning of the line ( yes like next my turn and the ride breaks down!) Back to my fight with a 4 year old – Brent and I were sitting in the wave pool relaxing and all of a sudden get super soaked by water, we turn around and look then turn back around unphased at first then it keeps happening for over 2 minutes trying my patience so I began splashing the demon child leading its mother to tell me if I didn’t want splashed to move, (wait – lets recap we were there first there are open fountains and other areas away from people to put your child to play and you choose to have him play there I’m sorry I won’t move) I continued splashing the child and she yelled and Brent and I screamed profanities and it was an epic battle then the waves turned on and they want running past me, so fast that if I moved I would have wiped one of them out which would have been hilarious. Moral of the story splash me I’ll splash you don’t care how old you are. And Don’t run in the pool.

Then it was on to Hollywood Casino where we ended up leaving ahead! Had an all around AWESOME day got SUPER sunburned. But this is the hazards of fun in the sun! :]

Christi: You should go work for Red Lobster you wouldn’t even need their mascot suit!

Texan Home School Prom – “The Kingdom”

This looks like an AWESOME experience and a great way for home schooled children who aren’t normally “socializing” with other children on a normal basis to get out there and socialize! I love how they edited this video and would love to someday be able to be part of something this wonderful for my children – or just to volunteer my time!

A little about how I (from PA) know about this – my Aunt facebook’d it and I was stalking her page. :]

Comment she made about the video and an article printed about it:

Yeah – they had a blast! The Star-Telegram did an article on this year’s prom (My Cousin *I removed her name* made the paper!) and the HSLDA ran a link to the article on their fb page – got a lot of comments – from home-school families – both ways, but I was kind of surprised at some of the negative stuff. This was a LOVELY event and the kids were amazing!

She’s always so POSITIVE about EVERYTHING :]
